I get an email weekly from babycenter.com that tells me what is going on this week in pregnancy. They are always comparing the size of the baby to a fruit. This week, Speck is the size of an apple, about 4 inches long and weighs about 2 1/2 ounces. I think it is so amazing how much speck is growing and I am getting more and more excited about meeting speck!
In just 3 short weeks, we will know the gender of this baby. Lots will be determined then, such as name, room color and what we will end up registering for! I am looking forward to doing all this fun stuff. I have resisted buying anything for this child (except diapers) until I know the gender. Once I do, I will probably buy a cute outfit of some sort.
