Productive Day
Today I am 33 weeks, which means that Logan will be here in 7 short weeks (give or take a little). We are so excited to meet her, I just can't believe it's getting so close.
Today, Jeremy and I ran some errands, exchanged a few things that we got as duplicates from our baby shower and added a few more things to the registry. We also looked at baby furniture - and let me tell you that was really exhausting!!!
We found the crib/changer combo is what we like best, but it's a matter of finding the perfect one. I was hoping to get a set that had the crib/changer with the dresser, but so far, it looks as though they are are sold separately. I have been looking online to see if I can find it elsewhere for a little cheaper, but no such luck. Surprisingly enough, Babies R Us has the cheaper deal.
I am hoping to make a decision soon, so we can get it purchased and delivered and then set up in her room!!
Time is flying by, only 49 more days :-)

32 week check up
Today I had my 32 week check up. The appointment went well and was uneventful (kinda). Everything looks good so far. My blood pressure is good, Logan's heartbeat was 130, I am measuring 32cm and things are looking good. I have gained 20lbs to date for this pregnancy, much of which I'm sure is baby weight! I am very thankful for that thus far, I just hope it stays that way.
I told my doctor that I experienced some swelling last week, she said a little bit is normal and since my BP is fine, there are no worries as of yet. She just encouraged me to put my feet up when that starts to happen. I also asked about what we do when it gets closer to time of birth and induction, etc. I told her I would like things to progress naturally, and she agreed with me. My next question was, if I don't deliver by May 8th, then what do we do, can I be induced? She said they would schedule me for an induction on May 9th and go from there, however if my cervix isn't dilating, then we wait up to 7-10 days, but no more. At that point, I will be induced! I'm really hoping she decides to come on her own and I don't have to make any plans for induction. I am getting so excited for her to be here.
It dawned on me today that I only have 53 days left! Wow! Time is flying by so quickly. Her movements have gotten bigger and bolder and it's so hilarious to watch my stomach move from side to side. It's not funny however, when she tries to snuggle her way under my ribs. It is the strangest feeling. She is so amazing and I feel like I know her already, even though she isn't here.
Jeremy is also getting excited and can't wait to hold her and snuggle her and play with her. He is constantly telling her to hurry up and come and play! She knows his voice and responds to it.
We both can't wait for her to be here. :-)

March Baby Shower
My good friends Leah and Becky threw me a baby shower. I was so excited for this day to come. Jeremy was able to drop me off and hang out with Leah's husband (as they are really good friends).
There was a really good turn out - about 16 people and we had a great time. Leah and Becky did an awesome job on decorating, the cupcakes, food, games, etc. Everything was so beautiful and wonderful. I was even able to set up my computer for my mom to skype during the shower since she wasn't able to make it!
We got lots of nice stuff for Logan, a lot of which we had registered for, and also some cute outfits and other stuff that friends have recommended from experience.
We are so grateful to have such wonderful friends and family and are very appreciative of everything we got.
When we got home that night, I went through and showed Jeremy all the fun stuff we got, and we took the tags off the clothes to get them ready to be washed and sorted through everything! It was so much fun.
